I've been getting a lot of dirty looks when people at school would be looking through my sketchbook, and then they see something drawn in anime style art. A vast majority of students here tend to tell me that they HATE anime, and before even really talking to me about what art I like to create (All types of art), they tend to say, "You're one of those 'anime kids', aren't you???" and of course before I explain what other art I like, they say with a passion, " I HATE anime.". So then I simply say, "That's cool, not everyone likes it or hates it, but I'm a fan of it."
And for some reason they expect me to argue opinions with them. Confusing, huh?
